Ingredients

  • 1 cup urad dal
  • ½ cup moong dal
  • 2 cups dalia
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1tsp fenugreek seeds

Steps

  • Soak all the above ingredients in water overnight.
  • Grind the soaked cereal and dal into a fine batter.
  • Prepare the dosa and serve with the desired accompaniment.
