  • Moong whole: 30gm
  • Capsicum: 10gm
  • Tomato: 10gm
  • Onion: 10gm
  • Tamarind chutney (without sugar): 10gm
  • Green chutney: 10gm
  • Lemon juice: ½ tbsp.
  • Coriander: 5gm

Steps

  • Pressure cook the moong.
  • Finely chop the vegetables.
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Serve fresh.
