Healthy corn cutlets

Ingredients
- Sweet Corn 20gm
- Bread Crumbs 10gm
- Potato 30gm
- Oil 5gm
- Mint Leaves 5no.
- Coriander Leaves 5gm
- Wheat flour 50gm
- Salt to taste Green
- Chilies 1no.
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Onion 25gm
- Ginger 10g
- Garlic 10gm
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it then add finely chopped onions in it and allow it to cook till it is golden brown in Colour.
- Add boiled corn, cooked potatoes, salt, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, bread crumbs, finely chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves to it and mix well.
- Switch off the gas and allow it to cool.
- Now make cutlet out of this mixture and coat it with wheat flour and breadcrumbs.
- In other non-stick pan heat oil and shallow fry these cutlets till they become golden brown in Colour.
- Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or any other dip.
