Corn Cutlet

Healthy corn cutlets

Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn 20gm
  • Bread Crumbs 10gm
  • Potato 30gm
  • Oil 5gm
  • Mint Leaves 5no.
  • Coriander Leaves 5gm
  • Wheat flour 50gm
  • Salt to taste Green
  • Chilies 1no.
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Onion 25gm
  • Ginger 10g
  • Garlic 10gm

Steps

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium flame.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté it then add finely chopped onions in it and allow it to cook till it is golden brown in Colour.
  • Add boiled corn, cooked potatoes, salt, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, bread crumbs, finely chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves to it and mix well.
  • Switch off the gas and allow it to cool.
  • Now make cutlet out of this mixture and coat it with wheat flour and breadcrumbs.
  • In other non-stick pan heat oil and shallow fry these cutlets till they become golden brown in Colour.
  • Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or any other dip.
