Ingredients

  • Besan flour: 15gm
  • Wheat flour: 10gm
  • Ragi flour: 10gm
  • Carrot: 10gm
  • Onion: 10gm
  • Slim milk Curd: 20gm

Steps

  • Chop the vegetables finely.
  • Mix the ingredients and add water if required till you achieve a batter like consistency.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, take a spoon full of batter and spread in on the pan in a circular motion moving outwards.
  • Cook on both the side.
  • Serve fresh.
