Ingredients

  • Lean cuts of Chicken: 100gm
  • Low-fat milk: 75ml
  • Egg white: 15gm
  • Wheat crisps: 20gm
  • Olive oil: 5gm

Steps

  • Preheat the oven
  • Marinate the chicken in the milk for 2hrs.
  • Beat the egg white
  • Crush the wheat crisps.
  • Coat the marinated chicken with a thin layer of egg white followed by crushed wheat crisps.
  • Arrange on a baking tray, drizzle the olive oil using a silicone brush.
  • Bake till golden brown at 150-160 o C.
  • Serve hot.
