Ingredients
- Lean cuts of Chicken: 100gm
- Low-fat milk: 75ml
- Egg white: 15gm
- Wheat crisps: 20gm
- Olive oil: 5gm
Steps
- Preheat the oven
- Marinate the chicken in the milk for 2hrs.
- Beat the egg white
- Crush the wheat crisps.
- Coat the marinated chicken with a thin layer of egg white followed by crushed wheat crisps.
- Arrange on a baking tray, drizzle the olive oil using a silicone brush.
- Bake till golden brown at 150-160 o C.
- Serve hot.
