Mixed Fruit Salad

Housemade mixed fruit salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup grapes, diced into halves
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 100gm oranges, sliced into pieces
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 ripe banana, diced
  • Dressing
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
  • ½ Tbsp fresh lime juice

Steps

  • Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  • In another mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Pour over fruit just before serving and toss to evenly coat.
