Housemade mixed fruit salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, diced
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup grapes, diced into halves
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 100gm oranges, sliced into pieces
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 ripe banana, diced
- Dressing
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime zest (zest of 2 medium limes)
- ½ Tbsp fresh lime juice
Steps
- Add all fruit to a large mixing bowl.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Pour over fruit just before serving and toss to evenly coat.
