  • Hung curd:30gm
  • Low fat cow’s paneer: 15gm
  • Red cabbage: 15gm
  • Bell peppers: 10gm
  • Black olives: 10gm
  • Lemon juice: 5ml
  • Baby spinach: 15gm
  • Olive oil: 5gm

Steps

  • Chop all the vegetable.
  • Make small cubes of the paneer.
  • Mix in all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Serve fresh with a drizzle of lemon juice.
