  • Lean cuts of chicken: 50gm
  • Tofu: 20gm
  • Low-fat cheese: 20gm
  • Lettuce: 15gm
  • Red onion: 20gm
  • Olive oil: 10gm
  • Flax seeds: 5gm
  • Walnuts: 10gm
  • Lemon juice: 5ml

Steps

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Make small cubes of tofu.
  • Chop all the vegetables.
  • Grate the cheese.
  • Mix all the ingredients well. Serve fresh.
