Homemade a Black bean quinoa salad

Ingredients
- 30gm black beans, cooked
- 30gm quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup cherry tomato halves
- ½ cup broccoli, shredded
- ¼ big onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup black olives halved
- 1 cup assorted colorful bell peppers, diced
- 5-7no. basil leaves, shredded/dried basil herd 2-3tsp For the dressing
- 1 ½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp vinegar, or more to taste
- 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and black pepper to taste
Steps
- Wisk the ingredients of the dressing.
- Mix in all the ingredients.
- Toss well by adding in the dressing.
- Serve fresh.
