Homemade a Black bean quinoa salad

Ingredients

  • 30gm black beans, cooked
  • 30gm quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomato halves
  • ½ cup broccoli, shredded
  • ¼ big onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup black olives halved
  • 1 cup assorted colorful bell peppers, diced
  • 5-7no. basil leaves, shredded/dried basil herd 2-3tsp For the dressing
  • 1 ½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar, or more to taste
  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Steps

  • Wisk the ingredients of the dressing.
  • Mix in all the ingredients.
  • Toss well by adding in the dressing.
  • Serve fresh.
