Healthy Paneer Moongdal Chilla

Ingredients
- 50 Gram Moong dal, blanched
- 15 Gram Peas
- ½ tsp garlic cloves
- ½ Green chilies, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 25gm Onion, finely chopped
- ½ tbsp Coriander, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
- 15gm low-fat Paneer, grated
- 5ml Lemon juice
- Chaat masala to taste
- Salt To taste
Steps
- Combine ginger, garlic, chilies, salt, turmeric, dal, and 25ml water together.
- Grind until smooth and beat well.
- Add onion, coriander and chopped peas to the batter.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Crumble in the paneer.
- Heat an oiled pan and fry spoonfuls of batter.
- Serve hot.
