Healthy Paneer Moongdal Chilla

Ingredients

  • 50 Gram Moong dal, blanched
  • 15 Gram Peas
  • ½ tsp garlic cloves
  • ½  Green chilies, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 25gm Onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp Coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 15gm low-fat Paneer, grated
  • 5ml Lemon juice
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Salt To taste

Steps

  • Combine ginger, garlic, chilies, salt, turmeric, dal, and 25ml water together.
  • Grind until smooth and beat well.
  • Add onion, coriander and chopped peas to the batter.
  • Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  • Crumble in the paneer.
  • Heat an oiled pan and fry spoonfuls of batter.
  • Serve hot.
