Ingredients

  • Egg white: 50gm
  • Onion: 15gm
  • Carrot: 10gm
  • Tomato: 10gm
  • Capsicum: 10gm
  • oil: 5gm

Steps

  • Finely chop the vegetables in a pan, heat oil.
  • Add in all the vegetables and saute.
  • Add the egg white and mix the immediately in with all the other vegetables.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
