Ingredients
- Egg white: 50gm
- Onion: 15gm
- Carrot: 10gm
- Tomato: 10gm
- Capsicum: 10gm
- oil: 5gm
Steps
- Finely chop the vegetables in a pan, heat oil.
- Add in all the vegetables and saute.
- Add the egg white and mix the immediately in with all the other vegetables.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
