Ingredients
- Daliya: 30gm
- Moong dal: 30gm
- Carrot: 20gm
- Onion: 20gm
- Peas: 15gm
- Cauliflower: 10gm
- Oil: 5gm
Steps
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Add in the masalas, and cook for a minute.
- Wash the rice and dal and add in the vagar.
- Mix once so that the masala gets coated on the rice and the dal grains.
- Add double the quantity of water and let it cook on slow flame.
- Serve hot and garnish with coriander.
