Ingredients

  • Pomfret: 100gm
  • Coriander: 30gm
  • Mint leaves: 10gm
  • Onion: 10gm

Steps

  • Slit the fish on the sides.
  • Make a paste of the greens and onion add to it the ginger garlic paste.
  • Put a thin layer of turmeric power all over the fish.
  • Will in the fish with the green paste.
  • Wrap the fish in a banana leaf, and steam the fish wrapped in the leaf.
  • Serve hot.
