Hummus with pita bread

Ingredients

  • Sesame seeds: 1tbsp
  • olive oil: 1 T
  • Garlic, mashed and roughly chopped: ½ clove
  • Chickpeas: 30gm
  • Lemon juice: 5ml

Steps

  • Soak the chickpea in water overnight
  • Roast the sesame seeds and grind then mix with the oil.
  • Grind the soaked chickpeas and the tahini mix together.
  • Add in the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garnish with a tsp of olive oil.
  • Serve fresh.
