Hummus with pita bread

Ingredients
- Sesame seeds: 1tbsp
- olive oil: 1 T
- Garlic, mashed and roughly chopped: ½ clove
- Chickpeas: 30gm
- Lemon juice: 5ml
Steps
- Soak the chickpea in water overnight
- Roast the sesame seeds and grind then mix with the oil.
- Grind the soaked chickpeas and the tahini mix together.
- Add in the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garnish with a tsp of olive oil.
- Serve fresh.
