Ingredients

  • Paneer (cow’s milk) – 40gm
  • Mava/khoa – 20gm
  • Cane sugar – 15gm
  • Mango (fresh) – 1 scoop
  • Unsalted pistachio and almonds – 10gm

Steps

  • Make a fine paste of paneer, maava and the cane sugar.
  • In on half of an egg mold, fill in the white paste flat in the mold. Cool it in the fridge and let the paste hold the shape of the mold.
  • Scoop one slice of the fresh mango.
  • Then scoop out a small central part of the cooled white paste and fill in the fresh mango pulp and cool it in the fridge.
  • Carefully remove from the mold and serve chilled garnished with chopped nuts.
