Ingredients
- Paneer (cow’s milk) – 40gm
- Mava/khoa – 20gm
- Cane sugar – 15gm
- Mango (fresh) – 1 scoop
- Unsalted pistachio and almonds – 10gm
Steps
- Make a fine paste of paneer, maava and the cane sugar.
- In on half of an egg mold, fill in the white paste flat in the mold. Cool it in the fridge and let the paste hold the shape of the mold.
- Scoop one slice of the fresh mango.
- Then scoop out a small central part of the cooled white paste and fill in the fresh mango pulp and cool it in the fridge.
- Carefully remove from the mold and serve chilled garnished with chopped nuts.
