Homemade Healthy Fish fillets pasta salad

Ingredients

  • 200gm penne pasta
  • 12 pieces of fish fillets
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 50gm yellow, green and red bell pepper, chopped
  • 30gm purple cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup of frozen green peas
  • 75gm hung curd
  • 10gm olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.
  •  While pasta is cooking, grill the fish fillets. Run hot water over peas to defrost.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the hung curd, olive oil, honey, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the pasta, vegetables, grilled fillets and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt and hung curd to suit your taste.
  • Chill several hours before serving.
