Homemade Healthy Fish fillets pasta salad

Ingredients
- 200gm penne pasta
- 12 pieces of fish fillets
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 50gm yellow, green and red bell pepper, chopped
- 30gm purple cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup of frozen green peas
- 75gm hung curd
- 10gm olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons low-fat milk
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Steps
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; rinse under cold water until cool and drain.
- While pasta is cooking, grill the fish fillets. Run hot water over peas to defrost.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the hung curd, olive oil, honey, vinegar, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pasta, vegetables, grilled fillets and stir until evenly coated. Adjust the salt and hung curd to suit your taste.
- Chill several hours before serving.
