Healthy Vegetable Au gratin

Ingredients
- Capsicum 15g
- Corn 15g
- Broccoli 15g
- French beans 15g
- Carrot 15g
- Onion 15g
- Spinach 15g
- Garlic paste 1tsp
- Salt & Pepper oregano As per taste
- Milk 100ml
- Wheat Flour 15g
- low-fat cheese 15gm
- olive oil 5gm
Steps
- Boil the vegetables, till slightly soft.
- For the sauce, heat oil in pan and roast the wheat flour, cool then add in the milk and mix well before heating to avoid lumps.
- once on flame, add in the grated cheese and let it melt completely.
- continue heating the mix on low flame. Add salt, pepper & oregano.
- Blanch, Cool, and blend spinach into a puree.
- Add the puree and vegetables in sauce.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve fresh.
