Ingredients

  • Capsicum 15g
  • Corn 15g
  • Broccoli 15g
  • French beans 15g
  • Carrot 15g
  • Onion 15g
  • Spinach 15g
  • Garlic paste 1tsp
  • Salt & Pepper oregano As per taste
  • Milk 100ml
  • Wheat Flour 15g
  • low-fat cheese 15gm
  • olive oil 5gm

Steps

  • Boil the vegetables, till slightly soft.
  • For the sauce, heat oil in pan and roast the wheat flour, cool then add in the milk and mix well before heating to avoid lumps.
  • once on flame, add in the grated cheese and let it melt completely.
  • continue heating the mix on low flame. Add salt, pepper & oregano.
  • Blanch, Cool, and blend spinach into a puree.
  • Add the puree and vegetables in sauce.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve fresh.
