House Made Vegetable Manchow soup

Ingredients
- 30 gm French beans (finely chopped)
- 30 gm carrots (finely chopped)
- 30 gm onions (finely chopped)
- 30 gm baby corn (finely chopped)
- 30 gm cabbage (finely chopped)
- 30 gm red capsicums (finely chopped)
- 30 gm sprigs spring onions (for garnishing)
- 25gm zucchini, finely chopped
- 3 teaspoons cornflour
- 1⁄2 cup water
- salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oil
- 2 cups of water
- FOR THE SPICES
- 20 -25 dried red chilies
- 1 head garlic
- 1 small onion
- 25 gm tamarind pulp
Steps
- For the spice paste, soak the chilies for 10-15 minutes in hot water, then along with it add
- the other ingredients and blenderize into a fine paste.
- In 1/2 cup water, add 3tsp cornflour, add vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt, white pepper.
- Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and saute all the vegetables for a few minutes keeping some amount of spring onions aside.
- Add in the spice paste around ½-1 Tsp. When aroma arises, add 2 cups of water. When the
- water starts boiling, add the cornstarch slowly and stir continuously till it thickens.
- Garnish with spring onions.
