Ingredients
- Besan flour: 15gm
- Wheat flour: 10gm
- Ragi flour: 10gm
- Carrot: 10gm
- Onion: 10gm
- Slim milk Curd: 20gm
Steps
- Chop the vegetables finely.
- Mix the ingredients and add water if required till you achieve a batter like consistency.
- Heat a non-stick pan, take a spoon full of batter and spread in on the pan in a circular motion moving outwards.
- Cook on both the side.
- Serve fresh.
