Ingredients

  • Ingredients: (I cup = 200gm)
  • 2 large potatoes, cooked, cooled, diced
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced

For the dressing:

  • ½ cup hung curd
  • 1½tbsp olive oil
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  • Whisk in all the ingredients of the dressing.
  • Mix in all the other ingredients in a big bowl then folds in the hung curd dressing Chill and serve.
