Healthy French dressing salad

Ingredients
- Ingredients: (I cup = 200gm)
- 2 large potatoes, cooked, cooled, diced
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
For the dressing:
- ½ cup hung curd
- 1½tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- Whisk in all the ingredients of the dressing.
- Mix in all the other ingredients in a big bowl then folds in the hung curd dressing Chill and serve.
