A Healthy Combination of Sprouts Chana

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
- 1/4 tsp oil
- 50 Gms Sprouts
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
- Pinch of salt to taste
- 1 1/2 cups sprouted Kabuli chana (white chickpeas), boiled
- 2 to 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
- For The Garnish a few mint leaves (pudina)
Steps
- Combine the Kabuli chana sprouts, and pomegranate seeds together in a serving bowl.
- Add the dressing and toss well. Keep aside for 10 minutes or more so that the flavors blend well.
- Just before serving, add the onions and tomatoes and toss gently.
- Serve immediately garnished with mint leaves.
