Sprouted Chana

A Healthy Combination of Sprouts Chana

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 1/4 tsp oil
  • 50 Gms Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups sprouted Kabuli chana (white chickpeas), boiled
  • 2 to 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • For The Garnish a few mint leaves (pudina)

Steps

  • Combine the Kabuli chana sprouts, and pomegranate seeds together in a serving bowl.
  • Add the dressing and toss well. Keep aside for 10 minutes or more so that the flavors blend well.
  • Just before serving, add the onions and tomatoes and toss gently.
  • Serve immediately garnished with mint leaves.
