Green Walnut Salad

A healthy Nutritional green walnut salad

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
  • 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon purple cabbage, chopped
  • 1 avocado pulp
  • 4 cups torn green leaf lettuce
  • 2 cups chopped bell pe

Steps

  • Add all the chopped and torn vegetables and green in a big mixing bowl.
  • Add in the chopped walnuts which are lightly tossed.
  • Mix in all the other dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Pour in the dressing to the vegetable mix slowing continuously mixing it in with the vegetables.
  • Serve fresh.
