A healthy Nutritional green walnut salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon purple cabbage, chopped
- 1 avocado pulp
- 4 cups torn green leaf lettuce
- 2 cups chopped bell pe
Steps
- Add all the chopped and torn vegetables and green in a big mixing bowl.
- Add in the chopped walnuts which are lightly tossed.
- Mix in all the other dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour in the dressing to the vegetable mix slowing continuously mixing it in with the vegetables.
- Serve fresh.
